Scheduling Fee Policy

Non-Refundable Scheduling Fees:

To secure your appointment, a $50 non-refundable scheduling fee is required at the time of booking.
This fee reserves your spot and covers a part of travel and scheduling costs.

• The scheduling fee is applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment, as long as the appointment is kept.

• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 72 hours in advance, however your scheduling fee we will not be transferred and must be paid again to schedule another appointment.

• Cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the scheduling fee.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, due to the planning and travel involved in each route, cancellations can impact our ability to serve other clients and result in financial loss. We appreciate your understanding — this policy helps us keep routes organized and ensures reliable service for all our clients.
